"Yes, we are ready!" This is how Bernd Gantner summarized the current development situation of the microox® technology at Güntner. After quite a long development period the company is now ready for production start in July 2009. This however does not mean that the conventional heat exchangers, named units with finoox® technology, will vanish from the manufacturers' product range. To the contrary: Also for this product range, Güntner expects increasing demand - this is reflected in the extension of the production hall in Tata, where a large part is reserved for the production of finoox®. "Of course, we cannot estimate yet how the economic crisis will influence our volume of orders ", says Mr Gantner. "But we assume that the volume of orders will slowly but steadily shift from finoox® to microox®." The range of applications that can be realized with microox® is by far not yet exhausted. Up to now the technology was "only" available for condensers. In principle, the technology could also be used in evaporators, explains Dr. Summerer. For the use in evaporators, there are still some hurdles to overcome, so that the company will concentrate on the successful market launch of the condenser series GVX with microox® for the time being. www.guentner.de

This is a little project I did to recover somee of the heat that is lost when you use your dryer.It should not be used with a gas dryer because of the carbon monoxide produced. All piping is sloped twords the drum to collect condensation in the drum and all pipe joints on straight runs face upward if possible to prevent dripping of condensate.Tape joints with metal tape.Keep pipe runs as short as possible.

Please Read: Here is a quick video on our hydrogen hydroxy hho heat exchanger, which is currently undergoing development. It is currently in the infant stages, so ignore the unprofessional design. With a mere 3.6 LPM of Hydroxy Fuel, we were able to adjust the air/fuel mixture in such a way that allowed us to sustain 6 flames with one gas source that would normally only sustain a single flame with a much smaller orfice.
